Return Policy

Lover Bear Candle Co. will gladly accept an exchange if you receive a broken or damaged item. Please email us at loverbearcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and at least one photo showing the broken or damaged candle. If your candle is not broken and would like a full refund, shipping must be paid in full back to PO Box 184 Wrangell, AK 99929. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be processed.
